Are you working with Pre school children ages 4 and 5? Are you confident that you are doing the correct exercises with them, and delivering your lessons in ways that maximize their learning capacity?

Let me ask you this question…

When you’re working with pre schoolers under the age of 5 are you running around trying to keep them on task, trying to keep their attention – feeling like things are out of control?

OR… are they getting on with things happily engaged in the lesson and having a blast- while you have a contented sense of satisfaction – knowing that you’re reaching these children in ways that really makes a difference to their lives? In this video, I’m going to cover the importance of knowing the development stage your children are in. (It will help you use your golden time in the best possible way to have the most FUN and make the most difference in their lives!)

In this video, I'm going to:

  • Explain why 4-5 yr olds are motivated by imagination, play, and variety and also why they need strong boundaries and rules!
  • Look at very realistic milestones for children aged 4-5years and what we should be asking children of this age to do in terms of:
    • Motor skills, Co-ordination, Attention Spans, Dexterity, Flexibility, Balance, Body Weight exercises, Ball skills and Locomotion.
